Account data exposure and modification via forged requests
Published Jun 6, 2024 · Updated Apr 8, 2026
Cross-site request forgery in The Moneytizer 9.6.3 and earlier allows remote attackers to alter or read account data. Multiple AJAX handlers in core/core_ajax.php accept state-changing or data-retrieval requests without correct WordPress nonce validation. Exploitation requires an administrator to open a crafted link while authenticated, after which plugin settings, billing details, bank details, and language data can be read, changed, or reset.
