Internal service access via unrestricted AJAX requests
Published Apr 9, 2024 · Updated Apr 8, 2026
SSRF in StellarWP Kadence Blocks 3.1.26 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to access internal services via an AJAX request. The kadence_import_get_new_connection_data action issues a server-side web request to an attacker-controlled location without restricting its destination. Contributor-level access is required; successful exploitation permits reading or modifying data exposed by reachable internal services.
