Cross-site scripting in SourceCodester Online Student Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to inject browser scripts. edit-student-detail.php places the attacker-controlled notmsg parameter into page output without neutralizing executable markup. Administrative privileges and a victim rendering the crafted output are required, limiting the demonstrated impact to browser-side content modification.
