Local privilege escalation via IGMP timer race

Use-after-free in Linux kernel IPv4 IGMP before 6.7 allows local users to escalate privileges by winning a timer teardown race. The IPv4 IGMP code can register a timer on an RCU-protected object while another thread frees that object, leaving the timer to access released memory. Exploitation requires low-privileged local access and successful race timing, after which kernel-level privileges can be obtained.
