Improper access control in EuroTel ETL3100 v01c01 and v01x37 allows remote attackers to download configuration and log archives. The web interface serves cfg_download.php and exciter/log_download.php responses without authenticating the requester. Network access to the management service is sufficient to expose sensitive data that supports authentication bypass, privilege escalation, and full system access.
