Unauthenticated authorization bypass via page parameter

Authorization bypass in EuroTel ETL3100 01c01 and 01x37 allows remote attackers to invoke privileged functions through crafted requests. The exciter.php handler accepts a user-controlled page value from 0 through 31 and returns hidden management objects without object-level authorization. No authentication or user interaction is required; the published assessment limits measured impact to service interruption rather than data disclosure or modification.
