Script execution via unescaped idsite output

Reflected XSS in Matomo Analytics for WordPress 4.15.3 and earlier allows remote attackers to run scripts through a crafted idsite value. The idsite value reaches generated page output without sufficient input sanitization or output escaping. Exploitation requires a victim to follow an attacker-controlled link, after which the script runs in that user’s browser context and can read or alter available page data.
