Reflected XSS via unsanitized search parameter
Published Dec 17, 2023 · Updated Oct 3, 2024
Cross-site scripting in Online Computer and Laptop Store Project Simple Image Stack Website 1.0 allows remote attackers to execute browser script. Search-result rendering places the decoded search parameter into generated HTML without context-appropriate output encoding. Exploitation requires a victim to load the crafted request; the injected script then runs in the website's origin and can read or alter page-visible data.
