Arbitrary file read via unrestricted downname path

Path traversal in IP Network Intercom Broadcasting System 3.0.3_20201113_RELEASE(HIK) allows remote attackers to read arbitrary files. The /php/exportrecord.php endpoint uses the downname parameter as a filesystem path without restricting it to the intended directory. No authentication or user interaction is required, and successful requests disclose files readable by the web service.
