Authenticated database disclosure via concatenated DELETE_STR
Published Dec 16, 2023 · Updated Aug 2, 2024
SQL injection in Tongda OA 2017 11.0 through 11.10 allows remote authenticated users to read database data over an adjacent network. The general/vote/manage/delete.php handler directly splices DELETE_STR into an SQL statement, permitting parenthesis closure and timing-based blind queries. Access requires a low-privileged authenticated session, and the published proof of concept demonstrates inference of database-name characters through response delays.
