Permission grant via popup-transition clickjacking

Clickjacking in Firefox before 121 and Firefox ESR before 115.6 allows remote attackers to trick users into granting site permissions. When a popup closes, the parent window's permission prompt regains focus without restarting its anti-clickjacking delay, allowing an enabled grant button to appear beneath an ongoing click. The attack requires a user to open a crafted page and click during the popup transition; it grants only the permission shown by the prompt.
