Authenticated code injection through unzipList
Published Dec 16, 2023 · Updated Aug 2, 2024
Code injection in the KodExplorer ZIP Archive Handler through 4.51.03 allows remote authenticated users to execute injected code. The unzipList function in plugins/zipView/app.php processes manipulated input, but published sources do not identify the input field or unsafe code-generation operation. A valid low-privileged account and network access to the archive handler are required; injected code can affect application data and service availability.
