Arbitrary file upload via unchecked template import

Unrestricted file upload in E2Pdf 1.20.25 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to place arbitrary files through template import. The import_action function processes uploaded import content without sufficient file-type validation, allowing prohibited file types to reach the server. An account with a role explicitly granted E2Pdf access is required; code execution additionally depends on the uploaded file being executable by the web server.
