CVE-2023-6824Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Subscriber-level address disclosure via user-controlled owner ID

Published Jan 16, 2024 · Updated Jun 11, 2025

IDOR in WP Customer Area before 8.2.1 allows remote authenticated users to retrieve another user's account address through an AJAX request. The cuar_load_address_from_owner handler accepts a user-selected owner[ids] value and returns that user's home_address without enforcing access to the selected account. Subscriber access and a nonce from the account-edit page are required; the demonstrated consequence is disclosure of another user's address.
