Unauthenticated open redirect via unvalidated api_url

Open redirect in HK Digital Agency LLC Payment Gateway for Telcell 2.0.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to redirect users. The redirect_telcell_form action reads the api_url query parameter and places its unvalidated value directly in the HTTP Location header. No authentication is required, but exploitation depends on a user following the crafted link; the resulting redirect can send that user to an attacker-controlled site.
