Memory corruption via unchecked settings string copy

Stack-based buffer overflow in the Zephyr RTOS settings shell 3.5 and earlier allows local users to corrupt memory via a long string value. The cmd_write function sizes its local buffer to half the shell command buffer, then memcpy copies strlen(value)+1 bytes into it without enforcing that limit. The settings shell and string mode must be enabled and reachable; successful exploitation overwrites adjacent stack data, permitting device interruption or altered execution.
