Adversary-in-the-middle phishing via sensitive log data

Sensitive information in logs in GitHub Enterprise Server 3.7.0 through 3.11.0 allows attackers to obtain data for phishing. A back-end service writes sensitive information to appliance logs, which are also included in backup archives and streamed to external logging services. Exploitation requires access to those logs, a Backup Utilities archive, or a log receiver, and the exposed data enables an adversary-in-the-middle attack only when combined with other phishing techniques.
