CVE-2023-6707Network attack vector

Heap corruption via CSS use-after-free

Published Dec 14, 2023 · Updated Feb 25, 2026

Use-after-free in Google Chrome's CSS component before 120.0.6099.109 allows remote attackers to trigger heap corruption via crafted HTML. Google identifies the fault only as use-after-free in CSS; the restricted issue leaves the affected object and stale access undisclosed. A user must render attacker-controlled HTML, and successful exploitation compromises browser-process confidentiality, integrity, and availability within its sandbox.
