System crash via omitted DPLL pin state

Null pointer dereference in the DPLL subsystem of Red Hat Enterprise Linux 9 allows local users to crash the system via a crafted request. dpll_pin_parent_pin_set() passes DPLL_A_PIN_STATE to nla_get_u32() without first checking whether the optional attribute is present. Reachability requires local low-privilege access and a DPLL pin exposed through netlink; the resulting kernel fault interrupts the host.
