Authenticated service interruption via crafted JUnit report

Regular-expression denial of service in GitLab EE allows remote authenticated users to interrupt JUnit report parsing with crafted content. The JUnit report parser evaluates attacker-controlled report content with an inefficient regular expression, but GitLab has not disclosed the expression or exact parsing operation. A low-privilege account able to submit a test report is required; affected releases are before 16.8.6, 16.9 before 16.9.4, and 16.10 before 16.10.2, with no reported data disclosure or modification.
