OS command injection in TOTOLINK X5000R 9.1.0cu.2300_B20230112 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary commands. A cstecgi.cgi handler passes an untrusted configuration value through Uci_Set_Str into a formatted uci command that CsteSystem ultimately runs via execv. Exploitation requires adjacent-network access and low-privileged authentication; executed commands can read, alter, or interrupt router operations.
