Stored XSS in Max Foundry MaxButtons 9.7.4 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to inject scripts through admin settings. The admin-settings save-and-render path stores fields without sufficient sanitization and outputs saved values without context-appropriate escaping. Exploitation requires administrator access unless button creation is delegated to contributor-level users, and affects multisite sites or sites with unfiltered_html disabled.
