File disclosure via external Fragment List references

Path traversal in Kakadu SDK 4.4 and later before 8.4 allows remote attackers to read files through a crafted JPX image. The Fragment List parser follows attacker-supplied local paths or URLs and incorporates referenced bytes into image dimensions or tile output. Exploitation requires a service that accepts untrusted JPX uploads and returns rendered image properties or content; confidentiality is the only reported impact.
