User redirection via unvalidated language return URL
Published Jan 8, 2024 · Updated Apr 17, 2025
Open redirect in TasmoAdmin before 3.3.0 allows remote attackers to send users to an arbitrary site through a crafted link. The language-change handler accepts the current GET parameter as a redirect destination without validating that it remains within the application. No authentication is required, but a user must follow the crafted link; the resulting navigation can place the user on an attacker-controlled site.
