Node communication loss via malformed reset packets

Denial of service in Silicon Laboratories Z-Wave PC Controller 5.54.0 and earlier allows physically proximate attackers to deny node communications. A malformed Device Reset Locally Command Class packet makes the controller incorrectly mark an end device as having left its Z-Wave network. Radio proximity to the Z-Wave network is required; afterward, the controller stops acknowledging frames from the affected end device.
