UI spoofing via iframe context-menu misrendering
Published Dec 6, 2023 · Updated May 28, 2025
UI spoofing in Google Chrome before 120.0.6099.62 allows remote attackers to misrepresent an iframe dialog context menu via crafted HTML. Google identifies the locus only as Web Browser UI and has not disclosed which context-menu operation mishandles untrusted iframe content. Exploitation requires a user to open the crafted page and invoke the affected menu; the bounded consequence is misleading browser UI content.
