Administrator access via unauthenticated user ID parameter

Improper authentication in the Digital Desk 5.1 backend API allows remote attackers to obtain administrator access via crafted HTTP requests. The API accepts a user ID URL parameter without an Authorization header, and user ID 1 selects the system administrator account. No account is required, and successful access exposes all API resources, including customer records and stored corporate credentials.
