Authentication bypass via forged machine-key cookies

Authentication bypass in AlayaCare Procura Portal before 9.0.1.2 allows remote attackers to access application data with forged cookies. The application's web.config uses a publicly known static machine key to validate and decrypt attacker-created authentication cookies. No credentials or user interaction are required, and successful forgery grants access to the portal and its protected data.
