Article-like inflation via missing uniqueness enforcement

Improper unique-action enforcement in IceCMS 2.0.1 allows remote authenticated users to inflate article likes repeatedly. The /WebArticle/articles/ Like Handler accepts repeated like actions without enforcing that an account can perform the action only once. Low-privileged access reaches the network endpoint, and successful exploitation corrupts article-popularity data without exposing content.
