Stored cross-site scripting via unencoded FirstRecord input
Published Nov 30, 2023 · Updated Nov 21, 2024
Stored cross-site scripting in BigProf Software Online Inventory Manager 3.2 allows remote attackers to execute script via FirstRecord. The /inventory/suppliers_view.php page stores the FirstRecord value and later renders it without sufficient output encoding, causing the payload to execute when the page loads. No authentication is required, but a user must load the affected page before the script runs in that user's browser context.
