Kernel panic via malformed NVMe H2C PDU

NULL pointer dereference in the NVMe-oF/TCP target in Red Hat Enterprise Linux allows remote authenticated users to crash the kernel. The subsystem fails to validate H2C PDU data before nvmet_tcp_build_iovec uses an absent I/O vector and dereferences NULL. Reachability requires an exposed NVMe-over-TCP target; successful exploitation causes a kernel panic without reported data disclosure or modification.
