CVE-2023-6352Known exploitationPublic exploitNetwork attack vector

Restricted-file disclosure via unchecked path parameters

Published Nov 30, 2023 · Updated Aug 2, 2024

Path traversal in Aquaforest TIFF Server 4.2.210913 and earlier allows remote attackers to read restricted files through ASP.NET forms. Bundled .aspx forms pass caller-controlled at_path and related file-location parameters to IIS-backed file access without a default path allowlist. An unauthenticated request reaches the flaw when the deployment exposes those forms without custom auditing controls, and access remains bounded by IIS and Windows permissions.
