Sandbox escape via unchecked mesh vertex count addition

Integer overflow in Skia in Google Chrome before 119.0.6045.199 allows remote attackers with renderer control to escape its sandbox. MeshOp::onCombineIfPossible adds mesh vertex counts without checking 32-bit overflow, allocates an undersized vertex buffer, and then writes every mesh into it. Exploitation requires prior renderer compromise and a malicious Skia picture, producing a heap out-of-bounds write outside the renderer sandbox.
