Unauthenticated file disclosure via TIFF query parameters
Published Nov 30, 2023 · Updated Aug 25, 2025
Authentication bypass in Tyler Technologies Court Case Management Plus allows remote attackers to enumerate and read sensitive files. The tiffserver/tssp.aspx handler accepts attacker-controlled FN and PN parameters to select and enumerate files without enforcing authentication. Internet or intranet reachability of the endpoint is sufficient, and successful exploitation discloses court records and other files accessible to the TIFF Server process.
