Authentication bypass via known empty-buffer PSK

Authentication bypass in affected ThroughTek Kalay SDK releases allows local users to establish a DTLS session without its secret. The PSK-identity handler leaves its input buffer empty for an unexpected identity, hashes that buffer with SHA-256, and accepts the resulting known digest as the session PSK. Reachability requires the device's P2P ID and AuthKey; success grants the same command privileges as a legitimate client.
