Out-of-bounds read in Panasonic Control FPWIN Pro 7.7.0.0 and earlier allows attackers to execute code via a crafted project file. Panasonic has not disclosed the affected parser routine or the unchecked length or offset that causes the project-file read to cross its intended buffer boundary. The local attack requires user interaction to open the file; successful exploitation runs attacker-controlled code with the application's privileges.
