CVE-2023-6274Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Remote code execution via unrestricted file upload

Published Nov 24, 2023 · Updated Aug 2, 2024

Unrestricted file upload in Byzoro Smart S80 20231108 allows remote attackers to execute code through the PHP File Handler. The /sysmanage/updatelib.php endpoint accepts a multipart file_upload value and stores a supplied PHP file that can then be requested from /home/lib.php. The published proof of concept includes a PHP session cookie, but the record does not establish whether authentication is required; exploitation therefore depends on reaching the management interface and obtaining any required session state.
