Pre-auth request processing via premature JSON deserialization

Authorization bypass in Red Hat build of Quarkus 2.13.9 and 3.2.9 allows remote attackers to deserialize JSON before REST security checks. RESTEasy processes the request body before annotation-based constraints run, so parsing and object construction occur for an unauthorized request. Reachability requires an annotation-secured REST resource that consumes JSON; configuration-based security checks first, and the bounded consequence is unauthorized body processing in affected Quarkus, OptaPlanner, and Camel K applications.
