Authenticated arbitrary file deletion via unfiltered option

Path traversal in DrayTek Vigor2960 1.5.1.4 and 1.5.1.5 allows remote authenticated users to delete arbitrary files. In mainfunction.cgi, sub_1DB3C fails to filter the dumpSyslog option parameter, allowing /../ sequences to escape the intended path. A valid web-management session is required, and deletion of configuration files such as /etc/pptpd.conf can interrupt dependent router services.
