Application crash via malformed PKCS#7 signature

NULL pointer dereference in OpenVPN 3 Core Library 3.0 through 3.8.3 allows remote authenticated users to crash embedding applications. OpenSSLSign::verify_pkcs7 failed to reject a null result from PEM_read_bio_PKCS7 before detached-signature handling dereferenced it. The affected path processes malformed PKCS#7 signatures for AWS integration, not the OpenVPN protocol, and interrupts only the embedding application.
