Application crash via out-of-bounds tile-buffer read

Out-of-bounds read in tiffcp on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8 and 9 allows local users to crash the utility via a crafted TIFF file. cpStripToTile reads one byte beyond the heap buffer allocated by readContigTilesIntoBuffer while converting tiled image data. Exploitation requires a user to run tiffcp on attacker-supplied input; the demonstrated consequence is termination of that tiffcp process.
