Arbitrary file upload in Piotnet Forms 1.0.28 and earlier allows remote attackers to place executable files through a public AJAX request. The piotnetforms_ajax_form_builder handler accepts uploaded content without sufficient file-type validation and stores it on the site. No authentication or user interaction is required; successful exploitation can execute attacker-controlled code under the web server account.
