Privilege escalation in affected Progress MOVEit Transfer releases allows remote authenticated users to become organization administrators. Progress has not published which MOVEit Transfer Web Interface operation fails to enforce the boundary between group and organization administrators. A group administrator account is required; successful escalation grants organization-wide user, security-setting, and file-management authority.
