Internal HTTP response disclosure via prefix validation

SSRF in GitLab CE/EE 15.5 through 16.9.6, 16.10 through 16.10.4, and 16.11 through 16.11.1 allows attackers to read internal HTTP responses. The GitHub Markdown attachment importer checks only whether an image URL starts with its trusted CDN string, so a suffix domain passes and followed redirects reach private endpoints. Exploitation requires permission to add an issue to the imported GitHub repository, a user-initiated attachment import, and the non-default local-request setting.
