Incorrect permissions in Honeywell Pro-Watch 4.5 allow local users to execute arbitrary system code through Application Server folders. The Application Server assigns overly permissive access to executable folders, allowing a standard user to alter code-bearing paths. Local access through a standard account is required; successful exploitation grants arbitrary system-code execution and can compromise the server.
