Secret extraction via external entity resolution

XXE in Qualys Policy Compliance Scanning Connector 1.0.5 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to extract Jenkins secrets. Its connectivity check parses attacker-controlled XML responses without disabling external entity resolution, enabling local file reads or server-side requests. Item/Configure access and control of the configured service endpoint are required, and the impact is limited to controller secret disclosure or SSRF.
