Published Jan 8, 2024 · Updated Jun 3, 2025
Missing authorization in G5Theme Essential Real Estate before 4.4.0 allows remote authenticated users to interrupt WordPress sites. The gsf_save_options AJAX action accepts a subscriber-accessible nonce and writes plugin options without checking an administrative capability. A subscriber account is required, and the resulting unauthorized settings change can interrupt site availability without exposing or reading site data.
