Heap corruption via navigation use after free
Published Nov 15, 2023 · Updated Dec 16, 2025
Use-after-free in Chrome Navigation before 119.0.6045.159 allows remote attackers to corrupt heap memory through a crafted HTML page. Public material identifies NavigationURLLoaderImpl::FallbackToNonInterceptedRequest as the locus but does not disclose which object's lifetime is mishandled. A user must load attacker-controlled HTML, and vendor material does not distinguish a browser crash from code execution.
