Local privilege escalation via catchall GC use-after-free

Use-after-free in Linux Kernel 6.6 allows local users to escalate privileges via netfilter nf_tables catchall garbage collection. The nft_trans_gc_catchall function leaves an expired catchall set element on catchall_list when synchronous cleanup runs, allowing the same element to be freed repeatedly. Local users with the required nf_tables access can exploit the resulting memory corruption for privilege escalation; the flaw can also crash the kernel.
