Stored XSS in GitLab CE/EE allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript in a victim's browser through Jira integration settings. The Jira integration's Banzai Markdown pipeline fails to neutralize attacker-controlled configuration content before rendering it as HTML. Exploitation requires authenticated access to Jira integration configuration and a victim to view the rendered content, enabling browser-context data access or actions.
